Workflow that crosses organisations
Bizuncto tracks work as it moves between the people who have to act on it — including the organisations outside yours. Raise a request, ask the other side to respond, and keep the whole exchange in one auditable record.
Or see what it looks like for the work you already have — starting with supplier quality, or all the ready-made areas.
Supplier quality
Supplier corrective actions, delivery incidents and supplier evaluation, in one place and feeding each other. Your suppliers answer in the same record, and never pay.

The same engine, the same interface, and areas somebody has already built for work that has nothing to do with suppliers.
- IT Help Desk Raise and resolve IT problems, from a password reset to a site-wide outage.
- Anti-Bribery and Corruption Declare gifts, hospitality, donations and conflicts of interest, and have them reviewed, decided and kept on record.
- Fraud Risk Assessment Assesses where the organisation is exposed to fraud committed by somebody associated with it, what stops it, and when that will next be looked at.
- Fraud Reporting A report that fraud may have happened: triaged, investigated, decided and acted on, with the reporter's position checked at each step.
- Customer Complaints Log, investigate and resolve customer complaints, confirm the customer has the answer, and check the fix held.
- Vendor Onboarding (SAP) Request, check and approve a new vendor, collecting what SAP needs to create the Business Partner, with bank details verified before anybody is paid.
Built for work between organisations
The organisation you invite sees the fields you choose to share and nothing else — not your internal commentary, not your scoring, not what you think of anyone else. What they answer is theirs, recorded against their name.
An audit trail that survives the questions
Every value keeps its history, every approval its approver, and anything the other side confirmed is stored as the words they were actually shown — not reassembled afterwards from fields that may since have been renamed.
Your words, not ours
Each area names things as your people already do. An incident, a bid, a concession; a supplier, a bidder, a customer. Configuration changes what things are called, never how the interface behaves.
No passwords to lose
Signing in sends a one-time code to your email address. There is nothing to remember, nothing to reset, and nothing for us to store — which is the honest answer to give a security questionnaire.
Start with an area somebody has already built
Copy one of the ready-made areas, change what does not fit, and invite the organisation on the other side of the work.
